McGuires Bistro
Originally a small ladies lounge with a full restaurant above, McGuires Bistro at the Sherbourne gained its name and signature look in the mid-1980s. Over the last two decades, it has undergone several cosmetic updates. Currently, the bistro accommodates approximately 150 guests and has been integrated with the restaurant. The menu is a delightful mix of classic bistro fare, featuring popular choices such as chicken parmigiana, steaks, pasta, and seafood, alongside weekly specials that allow the chef to showcase unique culinary creations.

Squatters Sports Bar
The Sherbourne Terrace offers a captivating sports bar and TAB experience. Originally a saloon-style bar, Squatters Sports Bar was modernised in 2012, transforming it into a comprehensive entertainment venue featuring 30 televisions displaying an array of live sports and races. The upgrade included a complete overhaul, with new walls, flooring, expanded floor space, and an outdoor smoking area. The sports bar is conveniently connected to the venue’s TAB area, allowing patrons to closely follow their favourite races and games while placing bets as desired.
